There are numerous hormonal changes in the body, and our body's hormonal system is unable to counteract them. What should be done to avoid all of these problems?

So your goal is to gain weight while being healthy. Not by consuming garbage. You must gain weight in a healthy manner. Tip No 1:-

You being thin does not mean that you will eat anything. Your body is unable to understand home cooked food so how will it understand outside food? You know nothing about the oil, spices, or salts used. That is why you will eat only home food until we achieve nominal weight.

Tip No 2:-

 Is to regulate protein intake as well as increase it. All of us reside in different parts of the country. If I tell you to eat this then you will say. That is why, whatever you consume, the flora surrounding you should have a high protein content. We squander a lot of online time binge watching. Invest some of it in yourself and investigate the protein composition of various foods. The food with the highest protein content should be taken first. I'm thinking about it as well, but we need to up our protein intake. Should I teach you a simple trick? P stands for pulses, while P stands for protein. I have my pupils remember this P for pulses, which signifies pulses have a high protein content. As a result, this should be consumed first.

Tip No 3:- 

Protein this will be my third point. Eat protein first whenever you have food. Because when you are hungry, whatever you eat first gets disintegrated by digestive fluids and released as energy in the body. So eat protein first, then veggies and carbs. However, protein comes first, so eat a bowl of dal first, followed by the other meals. It is quite valuable and will greatly assist you.


Tip No 4:-

Eat 3-5 meals every day. A meal is anything that has all of the nutrients. There are five fundamental nutrients, but protein is the most important to you. Carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and fats follow. When you ingest all of these in a controlled manner, your body eventually returns to all of them. If you become thoughtful, your body will realize that it must operate right now. So please pay careful attention to all of these details. Do not be alarmed if you discover you are underweight.

Relax, you are on a journey, and you will undoubtedly arrive at your objective. However, be calm and follow all instructions.

Tip No 5:-

The next tip would be to control your calorie intake. It is 2500 calories per day for men and 2000 calories per day for women. You must meet this need anyway, and you may exceed it; nevertheless, all calories consumed must be in a healthy manner. It should come from home-cooked meals, salads, and not from junk food, so please ensure that you are meeting your daily calorie requirements. You have the option to consume more than that.

Tip No 6:-

Next tip is there will be no water between meals. There is a legitimate Sanskrit poem that says we should drink minimal water in between meals. It is quite beneficial to the digestive system. However, you do not want to dilute the protein in whatever form that you are consuming, therefore you will not drink water before or during your meal. One hour after the meal, you will drink water. We don't want to further confuse our digestive system, which is already perplexed. So when we are hungry, a fire burns inside our gut. Did you get it? When you feed the fire that is hunger

What happens if the food is thoroughly digested and you drink more water than that? The fire will be extinguished. That is not what we want. We want our meal to be properly churned. After you've finished your meal, glance at your watch and drink water after 1 hour. Do you get it? Because the meal will have been sufficiently churned at that moment, and when you drink water, the churned food will be diluted, not the nutrients. So, please refrain from drinking water for 1 hour after eating. The following is an age-old approach that is still used by wrestlers today. That is, before going to bed, take a glass of water.

Tip No 7:-

Milk has recently become a contentious issue. Whether it's pure or not Have trust in the milk from whichever source you're getting it from If you think I'm drinking the chemical one, then it will work the same inside So, whether you drink cow milk, buffalo milk, soy milk, or vegan milk, have trust in the milk that it is delivering nutrients and power to your body, and then watch the magic happen. Because your body runs according to your brain, so first make your brain realize that what you are consuming is wow, and then it will work like wow within your body. Please be extremely positive about what you are taking; if you curse your food while eating it, it will not work.

Do not think in this manner at all. Whatever you eat is God's favor to us; consume it positively. Then there is no toxicity. If you are a smoker, a drinker, or a drug user, nothing will work for you, so don't even try; you will continue as you are. So what has to be done? You will have to stop all of the toxification first. After that, if you intoxify your body and then start, everything will function. Understood? So, a resounding no to toxicity. I tell you to be psychologically positive, yet you are physically negative.

As a result, it should never happen. That is when things will start to fall into place for you.

Tip No 8:-

The next step would be consistency and persistence. It is quite significant. Should I say anything else? Place a bucket of water in one location for one day, then return home and repeat the process. Do you believe a lake will form in this manner? Absolutely not. If you install a modest constant source of water there and it runs consistently, a lake will form one day for sure. What did you receive? You must be constant. Make little but consistent attempts. Continue doing so until we achieve the desired outcomes.
